Our story begins in 1929 at the Pike Place Market in Seattle at the outset of the Great Depression. Way back then our business simply consisted of stuffing California dates with walnuts which were then rolled in powdered sugar. Over the years with dedication and lots of trial and error, we’ve developed recipes for really great caramels, nougats, truffles, creams and more...
